Our written policy clearly states that a customer may bring any framed artwork, that was purchased off our wall, back at any time in a two year period*, at exactly the price the customer paid for it. A customer can trade the framed art in for any other art we have, or for a credit in the gallery. This is our commitment to customer satisfaction.
